					<description><![CDATA[<p>2014년 10월 1일. 다이어트 시작한 첫번째 날. 분명 어제 몸무게가 카메라 무게 포함해서 95.2kg이었는데.. 몸무게가 늘었다. 그것도 무려 400g이나&#8230; 오늘의 몸무게는 95.6kg. 원래 계획대로라면 하루에 170g씩 빼야 하니까 오늘은 95kg을 딱 찍어줘야 하는데 95.6kg이라니!! 오늘 하루를 반성해 본다. 도대체 뭐가 잘못되었을까? 아침에 출근해서 테이크아웃 (치킨샐러드 샌드위치) 점심은 부장님이 사 주신 청국장정식 저녁은 오후 6시 이전에...</p>
